The thesis should be sent the Music  Library,  Stanford,  CA,  94305,
along  with  the  bill.  The bill needs only the date of mailing, the
title, the cost, and your name and address.

Sunday I'm off to Europe.  First England and Scotland, then I will be
in  Paris  until  mid-December.   In  case anything comes up my Paris
